Also this year Biscotti Gentilini part in the fourth edition of “Apertamente”, the Italian food industry initiative which aims to inform consumers and media about the commitment of the food sector in terms of transparency and corporate responsibility towards the environment.
The Biscuits Gentilini, November 11, opens the doors of his factory to 50 children and to a staff of journalists, to show them how to implement a sustainable production process without forgetting tradition and taste. Just “Sustainable taste” is the theme of the initiative and is perfectly in keeping with the core values of our company. In fact, since the beginning we produce biscuits, rusks and cakes for special occasions respecting the most ancient traditions and carefully selecting the ingredients, healthy and fresh, to give the consumer a product of taste and quality of the highest levels. All this while fully respecting the rules of environmental sustainability.
