Gentilini has the same priority for the quality of their jams, as we do for our biscuits and rusks.
Quality can be found in the selection of the best fresh fruits and through the use of the whole fruit and natural products. In fact, in the list of ingredients, only these ingredients are listed: fruit, sugar, pectin (a thickener that is extracted from apples and citrus peel) and lemon juice.
The same attention is also paid to manufacturing and particularly to cooking that is done at low temperatures in order to preserve the fruits’ natural flavour.
There is a wide choice to be discovered: apricots, peaches, strawberries, cherries. These are more traditional varieties, but they are always appreciated. However, soft fruit and blueberry are offered, along with fresh orange jam and fine chestnut cream.
