Persimmon and Osvego 5 cereals cheesecake


12 Osvego 5 Cereals biscuits
2 white whole milk yogurt
2 ricotta cheese of 100 grams each
2 honey teaspoons
4 Persimmons (or less, as you prefer)
8 dates

First, I shredded the cookies to make the base of my cheesecake and divided them into four glasses.
Then I prepared a mixture of ricotta, yogurt (if you want a creamier result is also good the Greek) and honey. I placed it above the biscuit base. I peeled the persimmons and with the help of a spoon I put them in the glasses, and then decorate everything with dates, pitted and cut into small slices.
The result is an explosion of flavor… try to believe!
