favole waffle

1 Egg
1 Banana
125 g Apricot (or banana) Yogurt
125 g Milk
30 g Seed oil
175 g 00 Flour
20 g Sugar
5 g Baking powder for cakes
100 g Favole with fruit drops Gentilini

For filling:

Fruit (or honey) Greek Yogurt as needed
Gentilini Favole Biscuits as needed
Apples as needed

Peel the banana, cut into slices and pour into the blender. Add also yogurt (banana or apricot), milk and seed oil and blend everything until you get a smooth cream. Add egg and sugar and blend a little more. At this point, add the flour and yeast and blend again to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Let the Favole Waffles dough rest in the blender for about 15-30 minutes.

Now, add 100 g of Gentilini Favole with fruit drops crumbled coarsely and mix with a spoon to incorporate them into the dough. Bake the Waffles. Heat the Waffles Machine (the waffle plate), grease the plates with a drizzle of oil and pour a little bit of Favole Waffles mixture into each plate. Close the lid of the Waffles Machine and bake for 1-2 minutes depending on the power of the waffles machine used.

When the Waffles are golden, remove them from the Waffles machine and put them on a dish. Repeat the process for all waffles until the mixture is exhausted.
Place the Waffles in a dish and serve with spoonfuls of Greek yogurt (better if apricot or vanilla), apple slices and crumbled Favole with fruit drops. If you want, you can also finish with a drizzle of honey, maple or agave syrup.

Fill only the Waffles to be served immediately and store the remaining part in a plastic bag or in an airtight container in a cool place or in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
