Almond biscuits with a golden, crunchy crust enclosing a typically balanced soft, sweet and sour core.

They are created in strict compliance with the traditional preparation procedure which strictly involves no flour and shaped by hand: all good, but no two are the same.

They are soft and scented, individually wrapped while still hot, in each bite enclosing a decisive flavour that melts in your mouth.

Sugar, Apricot kernels 35.0%, Egg white, Almonds 4.0%, Glucose syrup.
