150 g Gentilini Marie biscuits vanilla-scented
75 g butter
For the filling:
100 g vanilla yogurt
100 ml cream already sweetened
Mint to decorate
Blend the vanilla-scented Marie biscuits into powder.
Add the melted butter and mix.
Transfer the mixture to the molds for muffins dividing into 4 parts.
Crush well at the base and edges. Refrigerate for an hour.
Whip the cream and add it to the yogurt with a spatula. If the mixture is too soft, let it rest in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Transfer in a sac à poche with a star spout.
Take out the little baskets and add the mousse to the yogurt.
Cut the strawberries into slices, after removing the stem.
Decorate your baskets with strawberries and mint leaves. Store in the fridge until they are ready to serve.
